Design Inspiration
For Fort Street Studio’s Co-Creative Directors Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, the drive to apply their artistic design aesthetic to innovative materials and weaving styles informed the creation of GANTO, Fort Street Studio’s newest introductions in natural hand-woven carpets.
GANTO on the other hand is a more casual looking textured weave in an indigo color reminiscent of denim. The weaving is more intricate and mixes dark yarns with the bluer indigo. Exposed fringes add to the hand-made heritage look.
The carpet contributes a warm and informal, yet sophisticated, atmosphere to any room.
